  • Manage all websites across Mid-America Festivals using WordPress and Elementor to ensure user-friendly interfaces and optimized SEO performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and skills for the Marketing and Events Internship.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning, event planning, and execution for the Minnesota Renaissance Festival, ensuring a memorable event experience.
  • Oversee incentive and marketing trade partnerships with outside organizations to connect back to the community and enhance the Festivals brand visibility.
  • Review and update hotel sponsorship packets in order to establish and cultivate key hospitality partnerships.
